This MasterClass challenges your current knowledge of managing time and your ability to cope with time pressures. It will assist in managing workloads more efficiently and making better use of time.

Engaging ways of improving your presentation skills through communicating your key messages, knowing your audience and bringing them on side and ultimately structuring a powerful and memorable presentation.

Creating an Impact II
Having completed Creating an Impact I, this MasterClass gives you the opportunity to discover further techniques and to prepare and practice by presenting to your co-delegates and tutors and obtaining their feedback in a ‘safe’ environment.

Cultural Diversity
Targeting specific client needs Cultural Diversity MasterClasses will provide guidance on best practice in supporting individuals or teams who seek to improve cross cultural awareness and work more effectively with diverse cultural backgrounds.  The outcome is successful relationship engagement and management.
