Linda Stretch, Chartered FCIPD, is a generalist HR practitioner with substantial experience in the provision of practical and commercial HR solutions across a diverse range of industry sectors including retail, media, financial services and  utilities.  Her 20 years+ experience in both consultancy and in-house roles includes the development and execution of a full range of HR strategy and operations to support the business objectives of both UK and overseas businesses.  She has extensive recruitment experience across a full range of professional disciplines including board level and international appointments and has a wealth of experience in providing coaching to managers in resolution of employee related issues.  She is results oriented with a proactive and creative approach to problem solving and a proven record of delivering workable, added value outcomes for her clients.  Clients have included ELEXON Ltd, Royal & SunAlliance, First National, KPMG and The British Museum.
Tina Emerson has over 20 years’ experience drawn from a range of industries including telecommunications, retail, financial services, media and management consultancy.  She is a highly motivational and innovative Training and Organisation Development Consultant, specialising in resourcing and development solutions.  Her skills include facilitation, development, design, presentation and delivery, recruitment and resourcing, assessment and development, training, coaching and project management and she loves to use a more contemporary approach to provide both client and customer with a variety of transferable skills. Tina is a licensed user of Thomas International and Insights psychometric testing tools and has a Diploma in Coaching
Mike Hedley is an experienced business professional with twenty highly successful years holding senior level operational posts within a succession of blue chip retailers, including Woolworths, Adams and Tesco. In the past fifteen years Mike has specialised in recruitment, outplacement and consultancy. Initially director of a niche recruitment consultancy before becoming Managing Director of a specialist search and selection business based in London. The past five years have been spent as an independent and associate consultant specialising in highly specific and innovative solutions to commercial resourcing challenges.  He acts as a source of expertise in developing and implementing strategy in the area of attraction, recruitment, retention and departures.  Major clients have included Habitat, The British Museum, McArthur Glen, Austin Reed Group and CPA Global.
Andrea Spence-Ferguson, Chartered MCIPD, is an experienced, dynamic, pragmatic and results focussed Learning and Development Facilitator whose skills include development, design, facilitation, training, assessment, competency-based development processes, interviewing, psychometric testing, coaching and performance management.  Her preferred style is to work in partnership with organisations facilitating the development and delivery of a wide range of learning interventions.  She has a specific focus on leadership, team and individual development, implementing practical solutions to maximise ‘added value’ and achieve both business and personal goals.  Her industry experience includes financial services, retail, car manufacturing and agro-chemicals. Andrea is a licensed user of Myers Briggs Type Indicator and a Level A&B qualified licensed user of SHL Psychometric Tests.  She is accredited to deliver the NEBS Management Programme.
