LMS associates was established in 2005 by Linda Stretch, Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, as a natural progression to her successful HR career. Her corporate experience includes the development and execution of a full range of commercial people management services combined with expertise in managing teams, budgets, processes and projects and includes UK and overseas businesses. She has worked across a diverse range of industry sectors including retail, financial services, media and the public sector.

Linda is results oriented with a proactive and creative approach to problem solving and a proven record of delivering workable, added value outcomes for clients. Her skills and experience, combined with the complementary skills of her associate network, provide a range of affordable business solutions including HR, Learning and Development, Coaching and Project Management.
